Before you buy
Do I need to connect the ice maker to a water line?+
No. Every Kilig countertop ice maker is a portable unit, so there is no plumbing or installation required. You simply pour water into the built-in tank, and it does the rest.
How fast will I get ice?+
Most models make their first batch in about 6 to 15 minutes depending on the ice type and size, then keep cycling to refill the basket.
Does the Ice maker have a self-cleaning function?+
Yes. The range includes a self-cleaning cycle. Check the individual product page to understand the self-cleaning process for the product.
Will the ice stay frozen in the machine?+
These are ice makers, not freezers. Any unused ice slowly melts and recirculates back into the water tank to make fresh ice, so nothing is wasted. For longer storage, move ice to your freezer.
Can I control the Ice maker from my phone?+
Select models, such as the H01BS, support MyKilig app control for ice sizes and scheduling. Check the individual product page to see if app control is included.
