How do I connect the ice maker to Wi-Fi and the mobile app?
Download the MyKilig App on your smartphone and ensure your phone is connected to your home's 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Open the app, select 'Add Device' and follow the on-screen pairing steps to sync with your H01BS. Once connected, you can schedule ice cycles, switch ice sizes, track water levels and receive alerts when the ice basket is full – all from your phone.
Do we get crystal-clear ice from this ice maker?
The clarity of your ice depends on the purity of the water you use. Because the machine freezes water quickly, standard tap water containing minerals will naturally produce slightly cloudy ice. For the clearest results, we recommend using RO (Reverse Osmosis) or distilled water.
Does bullet ice melt faster than regular square-shaped ice?
Yes. Because of its unique hollow centre, bullet ice has more surface area exposed to liquid – making it the best choice for iced coffees, carbonated drinks and mocktails that require rapid chilling and faster dilution.
How do I clean the ice maker?
Use the built-in self-cleaning function. Fill the reservoir up to the max line, press and hold the ON/OFF button for 5 seconds, and the machine will run a 30-minute internal flushing cycle. Once finished, open the drain plug at the bottom to empty the water and wipe the interior dry with a soft cloth.
