Refund Policy


Our return policy offers a 7-day for item replacement but does not permit refunds, starting from the date you receive your item and lasting until you request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original condition, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept items sent back without prior return authorization.

Return & Exchange:

To expedite the process and ensure you receive the desired item promptly, we recommend the following exchange procedure:

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days. However, please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund on your account statement.
