Strawberry Ice Cream
Vegetarian
Ingredients
- Strawberry puree - 140g
- Full-fat milk - 100g
- Fresh cream - 40g
- Sugar - 25g
Method
- STEP 1 – PREPARE STRAWBERRY PUREE:
- Blend strawberries into a puree.
- Simmer in a non-stick pan for 5 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- STEP 2 – BUILD BASE:
- Blend puree, milk, cream and sugar.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- STEP 3 – FREEZE & PROCESS:
- Freeze for 24 hours.
- Process using Ice Cream Mode.

Sweet, fruity, and full of fresh berry flavour.
Serving Suggestions
Finish with: Fresh strawberry slices.
