Ingredients

  • Mini tart shells - 12
  • Spinach - ½ cup (50 g), chopped
  • Sweet corn - ½ cup (50 g)
  • Cheese - ½ cup (50 g), grated
  • Cream - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - ½ tsp
  • Black pepper - ¼ tsp

Method

  1. Mix spinach, corn, cheese, cream, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spoon into tart shells.
  3. Air fry at 180°C for 8 minutes until golden on top.
