Mini Muffin Pizzas

Ingredients
- English muffins - 3, halved
- Pizza sauce - 3 tbsp (45 g)
- Mozzarella - ½ cup (50 g), grated
- Sweet corn - ¼ cup (25 g)
Method
- Spread sauce on muffin halves, top with cheese and corn.
- Air Fry 185°C 8-9 min until cheese melts and edges crisp.

Great for lunchboxes or after-school snacks.
