Mini Chicken Quesadillas

Ingredients
- Tortillas - 4, cut into quarters
- Cooked shredded chicken - 1 cup (200 g)
- Cheese - ½ cup (50 g), grated
- Salsa - 3 tbsp
- Butter - 1 tbsp
Method
- Spread chicken, cheese, and salsa on tortilla quarters; fold over.
- Brush with butter.
- Air fry at 180°C for 8 minutes, flipping once.

Serve with guacamole or sour cream dip.
