Cheesy Breadsticks

Ingredients
- Pizza dough - 250 g
- Mozzarella - 100 g, grated
- Butter - 2 tbsp, melted
- Garlic powder - ½ tsp
- Salt - ½ tsp
Method
- Roll dough into a rectangle; brush with butter and sprinkle cheese, garlic powder, salt.
- Cut into strips, roll into a cigar, and lay on foil-lined tray.
- Air Fry at 190°C for 8 min, until golden and bubbling.
Chef's Notes
Crisp outside, gooey inside - café-style indulgence.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with marinara or garlic dip.
