Ingredients

  • Full-fat milk - 160g
  • Fresh cream - 55g
  • Biscoff spread - 40g
  • Sugar - 15g
  • Crushed Biscoff biscuits - 20g

Method

  1. Blend milk, cream, spread and sugar.
  2. Freeze 24 hours.
  3. Process using Ice Cream Mode.
  4. Add biscuits.
  5. Run Mix-In Mode.
