| Ice cubes stick together | The ice-making cycle is too long | Stop the ice maker. Restart the machine after the blockages in the ice maker have melted. Select the small-size ice cube selection |
| The water temperature in the inner tank is too low | Replace the water. Recommended water temp is 4-26”C | |
| Ice-making cycle is normal, but no ice is forming | The room temperature or water temperature in the inner tank is too high | The room temperature should be 10 - 43°C and the water temperature should be 4 - 26°C |
| Refrigerant in the cooling system leaks | Get the unit checked by a qualified technician |
